Ingredientes:
- 1 pacote de massa folhada
- 1 pacote de natas de culinária
- 3 ovos
- ½ cebola picada
- Polpa de tomate
- 1 lata pequena de cogumelos laminados
- 1 pacote de queijo mozzarela ralado
- Tirinhas de bacon
- Sal, pimenta, orégãos e azeitonas
- Azeite q.b.
Preparação:
Forre uma
tarteira com a massa folhada e pique o fundo com um garfo. Cubra a massa com
polpa de tomate, por cima disponha a cebola frita em azeite, os cogumelos
escorridos, os orégãos (muitos! muitos!), metade do queijo e o bacon.
Bata os
ovos com as natas, tempere a gosto e acrescente à quiche. Polvilhe com o
restante queijo ralado e decore com azeitonas.
Leve
ao forno quente até dourar e o creme solidificar sem ficar duro.
